Betty Parker Jervis Concert

Just a reminder that the Betty Parker Jervis concert is this Sunday, March 17, 2013 at the Edmonton Garrison. Students and parents are to arrive at 4:30 p.m. The songs we will be playing are:

-Witches' Dance
- Allegro
- Twinkle taka taka ti ti
- Happy Farmer
- Hunters' Chorus
- Song of the Wind
- Minuet #1 in C Major

Wear something nice and springy or green for Saint Patrick's Day!

Turkey in the Straw

So....I can't figure out how to upload the version of "Turkey in the Straw" that we are learning :(
BUT....here are a couple links to some other versions of the song, so students can familiarize themselves with the general idea of how it goes:

Congratulations to everyone who attended Lottery Day yesterday (and what a great turnout!). Everyone played so wonderfully, and I just loved getting to hear all of your performances!! I can tell you all prepared well and practiced hard! Super work!
